At SukhDukh.in, we carefully check our products before shipping. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Our Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds. As part of our mission, 20% of our net profits is intended to be donated toward helping people in need. Therefore, wherever possible, we offer product exchange instead of a refund.

A refund will only be considered if:

  1. The product is defective or damaged.
  2. The wrong product was delivered.
  3. The issue occurred due to an error on our part.

Any refund is subject to verification and applicable law.

2. Unpacking Video & Refund Requests

For defective, damaged, or incorrect products, customers must provide a clear unpacking/unboxing video showing the package and product from the time it is opened.

The request must be registered within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 24 hours or without valid proof may not be accepted.

3. Size & Color Exchange

For size or color issues, customers can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.

The product must:

  1. Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
  2. Have original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Be available for exchange in the requested size or color.

Size and color issues are eligible for exchange only and not for a refund.

4. Non-Eligible Requests

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  1. Change of mind.
  2. Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  3. Personal preference or appearance differences.
  4. Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
  5. Requests made after the applicable time limit.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Refund
